1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in these terms and conditions carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" or "Site" — The jeetuz website and all its services, operated under the jeetuz.lat domain.
• "User" or "You" — Any person who has created an account on the jeetuz platform or is using its services.
• "We" or "jeetuz" — The organization operating this platform.
• "Account" — A user's personal registered profile.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — A financial stake placed on the outcome of any game.

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

2.1 Age Requirement

To use the jeetuz platform, you must be 21 years of age or older. You must confirm your actual age when opening an account. If we find that any user is below the required age, that account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be cancelled.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

jeetuz primarily provides services for the Bangladesh market. You must ensure that using online gaming and betting services from your location is legally permitted.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

jeetuz reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time as part of operating a secure platform. The following documents may be required:

3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person or members of the same household is strictly prohibited. In the event of a violation of this rule, all associated accounts will be cancelled and any bonuses earned will be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is prohibited. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to us immediately via live chat. jeetuz is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized use.

3.4 Account Inactivity

An account may be marked as inactive if there are no transactions or logins for 12 consecutive months. jeetuz reserves the right to take action on inactive accounts in accordance with its policy.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount on the jeetuz platform is ৳300. Accepted payment methods for deposits:

• Upay
• Bank Transfer (including Dutch-Bangla, City, BRAC, Islami, and Sonali Bank)

The maximum deposit limit depends on the payment method and the account verification level.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request is processed:

• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method

4.3 Currency and Conversion

4.4 Fraudulent Transactions

If any deposit is found to be cancelled, charged back, or fraudulent, all benefits and winnings associated with the account will be forfeited and the account will be closed.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users have the opportunity to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance ৳3,000
• ৳16,000 deposit receives a ৳15,000 bonus — total balance ৳31,000

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means you must place bets totalling 25 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 VIP Program

jeetuz offers weekly cashback to users across five VIP levels:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP level upgrades depend on the user's activity and engagement on the platform.

5.4 General Bonus Terms

• A promotion may only be used once unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• A bonus applies only to the account of the person in whose name the account is registered.
• jeetuz reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus.
• jeetuz reserves the right to investigate an account if bonus misuse is suspected.
• Each bonus may have a specific validity period; once it expires, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Terms

All bets placed on jeetuz are final. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a technical error is proven. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply separately for each game and will be displayed in the game interface.

6.2 Game Fairness

All games operated on the jeetuz platform are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Game outcomes are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial.

6.3 Technical Issues

In the event of a technical problem or disconnection, jeetuz will attempt to restore the correct state. If game data cannot be recovered, the bet amount may be refunded. However, jeetuz will not take responsibility for internet connectivity issues.

6.4 Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL), football (FIFA and various leagues), kabaddi, and other sports. If a match is postponed or cancelled, jeetuz will make decisions regarding the related bets in accordance with its own rules.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeetuz platform. Strict action will be taken against anyone who violates these rules:

• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources
• Fraud or deceptive activities
• Operating multiple accounts
• Misuse or manipulation of the bonus system
• Use of automated bots or scripts
• Hacking or attempting to intrude into the game system
• Stealing another user's information or accessing their account
• Credit card chargebacks or payment disputes
• Use of third-party payment methods
• Any activity that damages the reputation of jeetuz

If found to be involved in any of the above activities, jeetuz reserves the right to cancel the account, forfeit funds, and take legal action.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by jeetuz

jeetuz reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of terms and conditions
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity
• KYC Verification Failed
• Illegal Activity
• Security Risk

8.2 Closed by User

You can request to close your account at any time. Any pending withdrawals will be settled before the account is closed. A self-exclusion option is also available as part of responsible gaming.

8.3 Funds in Closed Accounts

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms and conditions, bonus funds will be forfeited. However, jeetuz will review whether the remaining balance of actual deposits should be returned.
